The case against antioxidant vitamin supplements

To most people, this seems like a no-brainer: what could be smarter than popping a multivitamin as “insurance” in case your diet isn’t giving you all the vitamins you need?

I guess “smaller gains” are better than pain. Wonder if smaller is 5% or 25%?
